Meet Janice
Broker/Owner |
 Janice Cavaliere is widely recognized for her vast expertise as a Real Estate marketing specialist. She employs state-of-the-art marketing systems working with sellers of land, premium homes and investment property. A California native, Janice has lived with her family in Amador County since 1980. She has been a consistent “Top Producer”, selling properties in Amador County for the past 22 years. As such she has been meeting the unique needs of sellers of exceptional and premium luxury properties. Janice is ‘in love’ with the California Sierra foothills. “There is simply no better place to live,” she says. “I enjoy the variety of four changing seasons, the simple lifestyle, being close to the beautiful Sierra high country and most of all, our friends and neighbors in this community.” Her professional, no-nonsense style is balanced by a genuine commitment and caring for people and for the community she calls home. Meet Pamela

Pamela Sheridan was born in Santa Cruz, California where her parents were raised. She relocated to Calaveras County in 1977 and has been a resident of the Sierra foothills ever since. As a devoted wife and mother of two grown sons plus a beautiful step-daughter, family is very important to her and she says there is no better place to raise a family than the beautiful California foothills.
Pamela has been a successful small business owner for more than 15 years and utilizes exceptional customer service with a passion for real estate. In 2004 she decided to follow in her Father’s footsteps and become a Realtor. With over 75 years combined family experience in the real estate industry (her Father, a Broker in real estate and mortgage for over 25 years and her Grandfather, a Broker for over 45 years) Pamela can honestly say “It’s in my blood. My background and knowledge will provide my customers with the most comprehensive answers to all your questions about the business.”
Utilizing her strong bookkeeping, mortgage, insurance and people skills, she quickly became very successful in the real estate industry.
In 2010, moving to Jackson and joining the Cavaliere Properties team has proved to be an exciting move. Providing excellent service to both Buyers and Sellers, she has experience in commercial, multi-family and residential properties. Meet Laurie Aparicio

Laurie’s family has been firmly rooted in Amador County for over 100 years. Her background includes a degree in biochemistry and attending Graduate School at UC Berkeley. She has always had an interest in real estate as she was exposed to this industry her entire life as her father was a developer and builder. Because of her father's suggestion, Laurie began her career in real estate and has worked as a Realtor in Amador County for the past 21 years.
Laurie is well qualified to aide and support clients. She has closed countless escrows providing her with a wealth of experience. This experience is so valuable when working with clients in making a purchase or marketing and selling investment or owner-occupied properties. Her first hand knowledge of the county along with her extensive experience in real estate makes her a dedicated professional proficient in helping her clients realize their goals. . She and her daughter live in the historic part of the City of Jackson in a large Victorian home.
